How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Photovoltaic cells absorb solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. As solar lights are powered by sunlight, they should be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Winter Region?

It is not as easy, but you can still have rechargeable solar lights even in a rainy region. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a wire, ranging from two to nine meters, which are ideal for heavily shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, although they may be less powerful.

Is Your Solar Light Not Working?

Commonly, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes, the batteries may not charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel itself is the issue.

How to Recharge a Solar Light Without Sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a layer of ice. Therefore, you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the duration of the light will be shorter.
