What solar lighting for outdoor use?

How do solar lights work?

Organic photovoltaic cells accumulate sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

No direct sunlight in your area?

It’s not as easy, but you can still have solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a detached solar panel connected by a cable that can range from three to eight meters, which is great for lighting up dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

My solar lamp is not working?

Often, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. It is common for batteries not to charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar panel is at fault, but this is very rare.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through glass. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less intense and will last for a shorter period.
