How does a solar light work?

The latest-generation photovoltaic cells collect sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then activate the LED bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a rainy region?

It’s not as easy, but you can install rechargeable solar lights even in a wintry region. We have solar lights with a solar module separated by a wire that can range from two to seven meters, great for a heavily shaded outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar wall lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

Why is my solar light not working anymore?

Often, the cause of a malfunction of your lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or do not retain energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working anymore. It’s possible that the solar energy panel is to blame, but this is unlikely.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to store solar energy even in dark weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful and will not last as long.
