How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb solar light during the day to charge the batteries, which then activate the light at night. Since the lights rely on solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Rainy Region?

It is not as easy, but you can install solar lights even in a fully shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a wire, which can be up to eight meters long, ideal for heavily shaded areas. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar lights will still work but with reduced intensity.

My Solar Light isn’t Working?

Often, the cause of malfunction in your solar lights is the rechargeable battery. It is common for batteries to not charge or retain power properly. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will quickly understand why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel is the cause, but it is still worth checking.

How to Charge a Solar Light without Sunlight?

Solar panels continue to accumulate solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. Therefore, you can charge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful, and the duration will be shorter.
