What solar light to have for your garden?
There are solar-powered lights for every taste and preference. You can create a matching garden space according to your needs.
Garden Solar Path Lights: If you want to separate or decorate a pathway or passage in your garden, this is the type of light you need. They are easy to install with their garden stakes, where you can simply insert them into the ground or fix them to a flat surface.
Solar Wall Lights: If you have dark areas around your home or on your terrace, installing wall lights around your property will provide a sense of security and more visibility. They are usually equipped with motion sensors for perfect autonomy. So don’t hesitate to check out our various models of wall lights.
Solar Garden Lamp Post: Usually easy to install, solar panel lamp posts are ideal for enhancing a relaxation area in your garden or lawn. They come in all sizes, with different power levels, and in mini or large sizes depending on your garden preferences.
Solar LED String Lights: While most homes install outdoor decorative lights during Christmas, you can also use these lights to create a festive garden atmosphere and welcome your friends all year round. At Lampe Solar®, we have different types of string lights, including festoon lights, fairy lights, Moroccan ball lights, and copper wire lights.
Solar Garden Animals: If you have a fondness for a specific animal, then you are sure to find the perfect fit from the various animal options offered by lampe-solar.com. You can transform your garden into a vibrant forest full of stunning wild animals. Having animals as decorations in your garden can also serve as a deterrent for intruders.
Solar Garden Lanterns: Lanterns are very useful for illuminating your garden with their subtle lights, and they are very handy as nightlights as well. Explore our wide range of LED lanterns for a joyful garden.
How do solar lights work?
Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED light at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
Do you live in a winter region?
It may not be as convenient, but you can still install solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can be three to eight meters long, which is ideal for heavily shaded areas. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be weaker.
Why is my solar light not working?
Usually, the cause of a malfunction in your lights is the accumulator (battery). It often happens that the batteries do not charge or do not hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately find out why your solar light is no longer working. It is possible that the solar power panel is the issue, but this is very unlikely.
For more information, refer to our maintenance guide.
How to charge a solar light without sunlight?
Solar modules can continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. However, the light will be weaker and last for a shorter period of time.
