How do solar lights work?

Photovoltaic cells absorb solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that gets maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as convenient, but you can install rechargeable solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by wire that can range from one to six meters, perfect for a dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

My solar light is not working anymore?

Commonly, the cause of malfunction in your lights is the battery. It often happens that the batteries do not charge or retain energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately see why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar module is the cause, but this is unlikely.

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. But the brightness will be less powerful and will last for a shorter time.
