What solar lighting for outdoors?

How does a solar lamp work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to recharge the batteries, which then power the lamp at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives a lot of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lamps with a separate solar module connected by a wire that can range from two to six meters, ideal for very shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

Why is my solar lamp not working anymore?

Usually, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the rechargeable battery. Sometimes, the batteries don’t charge or retain energy. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will quickly find out why your solar light isn’t working. It is possible that the solar panel is the issue, but this is unlikely.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful, and it won’t last as long.
