How does a solar lamp work?

Organic photovoltaic cells accumulate sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally for eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a heavily shaded yard?

It’s not as straightforward, but you can still have solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with separate solar panels connected by a cable, which can be extended from one to ten meters, perfect for heavily shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar lights will still function, but they will be weaker.

My solar lamp stopped working?

Usually, the battery is the cause of malfunctioning lights. It often happens that the batteries do not charge or retain energy. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately discover why your solar light is no longer working. It is unlikely that the solar energy module is the issue, but it is possible.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to store solar energy even in gloomy weather or through glass. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be weaker and the duration shorter.
