How does a solar lamp work?

Photovoltaic cells store sunlight during the day to charge rechargeable batteries, which then power the bulb at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be positioned in a place that gets maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still have solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lamps with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can be two to six meters long, perfect for highly shaded outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

My solar lamp is not working?

Usually, the main cause of malfunction is the battery. The batteries often fail to charge or hold a charge. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working anymore. It is rare for the solar energy module to be the problem.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So, you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be weaker, and they will last for a shorter period.
