What type of solar light should you have for your garden?

There are solar lights for every taste and preference. You can create an outdoor space that suits your desires.

How do solar lights work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then power the bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that gets full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Winter Region?

It may not be as convenient, but you can still install solar-powered lights even in a fully shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can be placed two to six meters away, perfect for a dark outdoor space. If you live in a rainy or cold region, your solar lights will still work but may be less powerful.

Why is my solar light not working?

Often, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. It is not uncommon for the batteries to fail to charge or hold a charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel is the issue.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar modules still absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. However, the light will be dimmer and last for a shorter time.
