How does a solar light work?

Organic photovoltaic cells collect sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED lights at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be positioned in a place that receives full sunlight, ideally for eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a very shaded courtyard?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights, even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected via a wire that can range from one to eight meters, ideal for dark outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

My solar light stopped working?

Usually, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. Often, the batteries do not charge or hold the energy properly. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel is the cause of the problem.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to store solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a glass surface. So you can recharge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less bright and last for a shorter period of time.
