How does solar lighting work?

The new generation of photovoltaic cells absorbs solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then light up the LED bulb at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Don’t have direct sunlight?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install solar-powered lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable that can vary from three to nine meters, which is great for dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they may be less bright.

My solar lamp is not working?

Usually, a malfunctioning solar light is due to the rechargeable battery. Sometimes batteries don’t charge or hold energy. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will quickly find out why your solar light isn’t working. It is very rare for the solar energy module to be the cause.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels can still absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful and last for a shorter time.
