How does solar lighting work?

The photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulbs at night. Since these lights are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It may not be as straightforward, but you can still install solar lights even in a fully shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable that can vary from three to eight meters, which is perfect for a dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter zone, your solar lights will still work but may be less powerful.

My solar light is not working?

Often, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. It frequently happens that batteries do not charge or retain energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It’s very rare for the solar panel module to be the issue.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to store solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. However, the light will be less intense and last for a shorter time.
