How do solar lights work?

The new-generation photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a rainy region?

It’s not as easy, but you can install solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable that can range from two to seven meters, great for very dark exteriors. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

My solar light is not working anymore?

Often, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes batteries do not charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a normal battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar energy module is to blame, but that is very unlikely.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. Therefore, you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. But the light will be less intense and will last for a shorter period.
