What type of solar light should you have for your garden?

How does solar lighting work?

The new generation of photovoltaic cells absorbs solar energy during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then illuminate the LED bulb at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as easy, but you can install solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a cable that can range from two to nine meters, perfect for darkness outside. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

My solar light is not working anymore?

Usually, the cause of a malfunction in your lights is the rechargeable battery. It often happens that the batteries do not charge or do not hold the energy. Our best advice is to substitute the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working anymore. It is possible that the solar energy module is the cause, but this is very unlikely.

How to recharge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful, and it will last for a shorter period.
