What outdoor solar lighting do I need?

How does solar lighting work?

New generation photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then illuminate the LED bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that gets full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Don’t have direct sunlight?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install solar lights even in a rainy area. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a wire that can range from two to eight meters, which is great for a very dark outdoor space. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

Why is my solar lamp not working anymore?

Often, the cause of a malfunction in your solar lights is the battery. It is common for the batteries to not charge or hold the energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working anymore. It is possible that the solar module is at fault, but this is very rare.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful and will last for a shorter period of time.
