How does a solar lamp work?

Solar panels accumulate sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a very shady courtyard?

It’s not as simple, but you can still have solar-powered lights even in a wintry region. We have solar lamps with a detached solar module connected by a wire that can range from one to five meters, perfect for a heavily shaded outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

Why isn’t my solar lamp working?

Usually, the most common cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. Often, batteries do not charge or retain power properly. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately find out why your solar light is not working. It is also possible that the solar panel is the issue, but this is very rare.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through glass. So you can charge your solar lamps without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful and last for a shorter period.
