How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Next-generation photovoltaic cells store solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be positioned in a location that receives ample sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Rainy Region?

It’s not as straightforward, but you can install rechargeable solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a detachable solar module connected by a wire that can vary from three to nine meters, perfect for dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar wall lights will still work but they may be less powerful.

Why Isn’t My Solar Lamp Working?

Often, the reason for malfunctioning solar lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or do not retain the energy. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is also possible that the solar panel module is the issue, but this is less likely.

How to Charge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?

Solar panels continue to store solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful and the light will last for a shorter period.
