How Does Solar Lighting Work?
Photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
