How do solar lights work?

Photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge rechargeable batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they should be positioned in a location that receives full sunlight, ideally for eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a very shaded yard?

It’s not as simple, but you can install rechargeable solar lights, even in a rainy area. We have solar lights with a separated solar panel connected by a cable that can range from one to five meters, perfect for a very dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar lights will still work, but they may be dimmer.

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Often, the reason for a malfunctioning solar light is the battery. It is common for batteries to not charge or hold a charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel module is the problem.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower and will not last as long.
