How do solar lamps work?

Solar panels absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a very shady courtyard?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights, even in a rainy area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable ranging from three to eight meters, perfect for a very dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be dimmer.

Why is my solar lamp not working anymore?

Often, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It is also very rare for the solar module itself to be the issue.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through glass. So you can charge solar lights outside of direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful and will not last as long.
