How does a solar light work?

The new generation photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then activate the bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in a corner that receives a lot of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you only have a very shady courtyard?

It’s not as easy, but you can install rechargeable solar lights, even in a winter area. We have solar lights with a separate solar module by a cable that can range from one to five meters, ideal for a dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

Why is my solar light not working anymore?

Commonly, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or do not retain power. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a normal battery and you will immediately see why your solar light is not working anymore. It is possible that the solar energy module is to blame, but this is very rare.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?
