How Solar Lights Work

The next-generation photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the lights at night. Place the lights in an area that receives the maximum amount of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

No Direct Sunlight in Your Area?

While it may not be as straightforward, you can still install solar-powered lights in completely shaded areas. We offer solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable, ranging from three to eight meters, perfect for dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still function, although they may be less powerful.

My Solar Lamp Isn’t Working?

Typically, the rechargeable battery is the cause of malfunctioning lights. Sometimes, the batteries may not charge or retain energy properly. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery to determine whether it is the cause of the issue. It is very rare for the solar energy module itself to be the problem.

How to Charge a Solar Lamp Without Direct Sunlight?

Solar panels continue to store solar energy even on cloudy days or through a window. You can therefore charge your solar lights outside of direct sunlight. However, the light will be less intense and last for a shorter duration.
