How do solar lights work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a detached solar panel connected by a wire that can range from two to six meters, perfect for very dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work but they will be weaker.

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Commonly, the cause of malfunctioning lamps is the battery. It often happens that the batteries do not charge or do not retain energy. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one and you will immediately know why your solar lamp is not working. It is rare for the solar panel to be the cause of the problem.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to store solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. So you can charge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be weaker and will last for a shorter period of time.
