How does a solar lamp work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a very shaded backyard?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights, even in a rainy area. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a wire that can range from one to six meters, ideal for a very dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar lights will still work, but they will be weaker.

My solar lamp is not working?

Most often, the cause of a malfunction in your lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries won’t charge or won’t hold a charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar lamp is not working. It’s also possible that the solar panel is the problem, but it’s unlikely.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through glass. So you can charge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. But the brightness will be less powerful and last for a shorter period.
