How Do Solar Lights Work?
Solar cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since solar lights are powered by the sun, they should be placed in a location that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
What if You Have a Shady Yard?
Even in a shaded area or during rainy weather, you can still install solar-powered lights. We offer solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable, ranging from two to eight meters, making them perfect for shaded outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or cloudy area, the lights may operate at a lower intensity but will still work.
My Solar Light Isn’t Working, What Should I Do?
Often, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries may not charge or hold the energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery to quickly determine why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel itself is the issue.

How to Charge a Solar Light Without Sunlight?
Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in shady conditions or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful and last for a shorter period of time.
