How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Organic photovoltaic cells store solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then activate the bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives the maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a rainy region?

It’s not as convenient, but you can install rechargeable solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can range from three to five meters, ideal for a very dark outdoor space. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they may be weaker.

Why isn’t my solar light working?

Often, the cause of a malfunction in your lights is the rechargeable battery. It’s common for the batteries not to charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar energy module is the cause, but this is very unlikely.

How to recharge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful and last for a shorter duration.
