How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day, charging the built-in batteries that power the LED bulbs at night. As these lights are powered by the energy of the sun, they should be positioned in areas that receive direct sunlight for at least 8-10 hours per day.

What if I Live in a Rainy Region?

While it may be more challenging, you can still install solar lights even in completely shaded areas. We offer solar lights with separate solar panels connected by cables that can extend up to nine meters, which is perfect for heavily shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar lights will still work, although they may be less powerful.

Why Isn’t My Solar Lamp Working?

Often, the reason for malfunctioning solar lights is the battery. It’s common for the batteries not to charge properly or hold a charge. We suggest replacing the solar battery with a regular one to determine if that’s the issue. Solar panels rarely cause problems.

How Can I Recharge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through glass. So you can recharge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful and may not last as long.
