How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

What If You Don’t Have Direct Sunlight?

It’s not as easy, but you can still have solar lights even in a rainy region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable that can range from two to six meters, perfect for shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or wintry region, your solar lights will still work but they will be weaker.

My Solar Light is Not Working?

Commonly, the reason for a malfunctioning solar light is the battery. It often happens that the batteries don’t charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It is very rare for the solar energy module to be the cause.
