How Does Solar Lighting Work?

Solar cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Snowy Region?

It is still possible to have solar-powered lights even in a shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can range from one to seven meters, perfect for very dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they may be less powerful.

My Solar Lamp is Not Working?

Usually, the most common cause of malfunctioning solar lights is the rechargeable battery. Often, the batteries do not charge or hold the charge properly. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel itself is the issue.

How to Charge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the lights will not last as long.
