How do solar lights work?

Solar lights absorb sunlight during the day through photovoltaic cells, which charge the batteries. The batteries then power the lights at night. Since solar lights are powered by sunlight, they should be placed in areas that receive plenty of sun, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a snowy region?

While it may be challenging, you can still use solar lights even in a rainy region. We offer solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable, ranging from two to five meters, which is ideal for heavily shaded areas. If you live in a rainy or snowy region, your solar lights will still work, but they may be less powerful.

My solar light isn’t working anymore?

Most of the time, the issue with solar lights is related to the battery. It often happens that the rechargeable batteries don’t charge or retain power. We recommend replacing the rechargeable battery with a regular battery to determine why your solar light isn’t working properly. It is very rare for the solar panel to be the cause.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through glass. Therefore, you can charge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. However, the light may be less intense and last for a shorter duration.
