How does solar lighting work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to fill the batteries, which then power the light at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

No direct sunlight? No problem!

It’s not as easy, but you can still install solar lights even in a rainy region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel that can be placed up to seven meters away, making them perfect for very dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they may be less powerful.

Why is my solar lamp not working anymore?

Usually, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes, the batteries may not charge or retain their power. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar panel itself is causing the issue, but that is unlikely.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through glass. So, you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful, and the light will last for a shorter period.
