How does a solar lamp work?

The new generation of photovoltaic cells harnesses solar light during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they must be placed in a location that receives full sun, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a very shaded courtyard?

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Generally, the cause of malfunction in your lights is the rechargeable battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or do not hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar panel is the cause, but that is unlikely.

Solar modules continue to store solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. But the brightness will be less and the duration will be shorter.
