Which solar light should you choose for your garden?

How does solar lighting work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives full sun, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

No direct sunlight in your area?

It’s not as straightforward, but you can still install solar lights, even in a rainy region. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a cable that can range from one to nine meters, perfect for areas with very little sunlight. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar wall lights will still work but will be less powerful.

Why isn’t my solar light working?

Often, the cause of a malfunctioning solar light is the battery. It is common for the batteries to not charge or hold energy. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately find out why your solar light isn’t working anymore. It is possible that the solar panel is the issue, but this is highly unlikely.

How to recharge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to store solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights away from direct sunlight. However, the light will be dimmer and will last for a shorter period of time.
