How Do Solar Lights Work?

Organic photovoltaic cells store solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED lights at night. As solar lights rely on sunlight for power, they should be placed in an area that receives plenty of sun, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a Rainy Region?

It is still possible to have solar-powered lights even in a completely shaded area. We offer solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can be up to six meters long, perfect for areas with limited sunlight. If you reside in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still function, although they may be less bright.

Why Is My Solar Light Not Working?

Commonly, the issue with malfunctioning solar lights lies with the battery. Sometimes, the batteries fail to charge or retain energy. A quick solution is to replace the solar battery with a regular one to determine if that is the cause of the problem. It is unlikely that the solar panel itself is at fault.

How to Charge Solar Lights Without Sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through glass windows. Therefore, you can recharge your solar lights in areas without direct sunlight. However, the light output will be weaker, and the duration of illumination may be shorter.
