How does a solar lamp work?

The latest photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED lights at night. Since solar lights rely on solar energy, they must be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a rainy region. We offer solar lights with detachable solar panels connected by a cable that can range from two to nine meters, making them suitable for extremely shaded areas. If you live in a rainy or wintry area, your solar wall lights will still work, although they may be less bright.

Why is my solar lamp not working anymore?

Typically, the reason for a malfunctioning solar lamp is the rechargeable battery. Often, the batteries do not charge or hold the energy properly. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will immediately find out why your solar lamp is not working. It is unlikely that the solar panel is the problem, but it is possible.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in darker conditions or through a glass. So you can charge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the duration of the light will be shorter.
