What solar lighting for the outdoors?

How do solar lights work?

New generation photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the light bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in an area that gets maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

No direct sunlight?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still have solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable that can vary from one to nine meters, perfect for a dark outdoor space. If you live in a rainy or wintry area, your solar lights will still work but with less power.

My solar lamp is not working?

Commonly, the cause of a malfunction in your lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or do not retain energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar module is the cause, but this is very unlikely.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful and will not last as long.
