How does a solar lamp work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then light up the LED bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be positioned in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as simple, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a rainy region. We have solar lamps with separate solar panels connected by a cable ranging from two to six meters, perfect for shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or snowy region, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Usually, the reason for a malfunction of your lamps is the battery. Batteries often fail to charge or hold power. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is rare that the solar energy panel is the cause.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to store solar energy even on cloudy days or through glass. So you can charge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. But the brightness will be less and the duration of the light will be shorter.
