What outdoor solar lighting options are available?

How Does a Solar Lamp Work?

New-generation photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally for eight to ten hours or more per day.

Don’t Have Direct Sunlight?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install solar-powered lights even in a rainy area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a cable, which can range from two to six meters, perfect for highly shaded outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

My Solar Lamp Isn’t Working Anymore?

Usually, the reason for a malfunctioning light is the battery. Sometimes the batteries don’t charge or hold the energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one and you will quickly find out why your solar lamp is not working anymore. It is possible that the solar panel is the problem, but this is very unlikely.

How to Recharge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights even without direct sunlight. But the brightness will be less powerful and will last for a shorter time.
