How do solar lights work?

Organic photovoltaic cells store solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a winter region?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire ranging from two to seven meters, which is great for heavily shaded outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Often, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes, the batteries do not charge or hold a charge. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar energy module is at fault, but this is very unlikely.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the light will be less powerful and will not last as long.
