How does a solar lamp work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulb at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you have a heavily shaded courtyard?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lamps with a detached solar panel connected by a wire that can range from one to six meters, perfect for a very dark outdoor space. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar wall lights will still work but they will be weaker.

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Often, the cause of malfunctioning lamps is the battery. It is common for batteries not to charge or to not hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will quickly determine why your solar lamp is not working. It is very rare for the solar panel to be the cause of the problem.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through glass. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. But the light will be less powerful and last for a shorter period.
