Which solar light to choose for your garden?

There are solar lights for every preference and occasion. You can create an outdoor space tailored to your needs.

Garden Path Lights: If you want to outline or enhance a pathway or walkway in your garden, this is the type of lighting you need. They are easy to install with their garden stakes or can be naturally placed on a flat surface.

Outdoor Solar Wall Lights: If you have dark corners around your home or in your garden, placing these lights around your home will give you a sense of security and more brightness. They are often equipped with a motion sensor for optimal autonomy. So don’t hesitate to use our different versions of wall lamps.

How do solar lights work?

The next-generation photovoltaic cells collect sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then power the bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be positioned in a place that receives a lot of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

What if you have a very shady yard?

It’s not as easy, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel mounted on a cable that can range from three to nine meters, perfect for a very dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

Why is my solar light not working anymore?

Commonly, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. It often happens that the batteries do not charge or do not hold a charge. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery and you will quickly find out why your solar light is not working. It’s unlikely that the solar energy module is the issue.

How to recharge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even during dark weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be weaker and the light duration will be shorter.
