How does a solar lamp work?

New-generation photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then turn on the bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they should be placed in a location that gets full sun, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Don’t have direct sunlight?

It’s not as straightforward, but you can still install solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with separate solar panels connected by a wire that can range from two to ten meters, perfect for a heavily shaded outdoor space. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be weaker.

My solar lamp is not working?

Often, the cause of malfunctioning lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or do not hold power. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar lamp is not working. It is also possible that the solar energy module is the cause, but this is unlikely.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. But the light will be weaker and will not last as long.
