How do solar lights work?

Organic photovoltaic cells absorb sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the light at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Living in a rainy region?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install rechargeable solar lights even in a rainy region. We have solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a cable, which can range from one to seven meters, perfect for shaded outdoor areas. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still function, although they will be less powerful.

Why is my solar light not working anymore?

Most of the time, the reason for malfunctioning lights is the battery. It is common for batteries not to charge or retain their power. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is very rare for the solar panel to be the cause of the problem.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less and the duration of illumination will be shorter.
