How do solar lights work?
Photovoltaic cells collect solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. Since solar lights are powered by the sun, they need to be placed in an area that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
What if you have a very shaded courtyard?
It’s not as straightforward, but you can still place rechargeable solar lights even in a completely shaded area. We have solar lamps with a separate solar panel connected by a cable that can vary from three to eight meters, which is ideal for a heavily shaded outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar wall lights will still function, but they will be less powerful.
My solar lamp doesn’t work anymore?
Generally, the most common cause of dysfunction in your solar lights is the battery. Often, the batteries do not charge or do not retain power. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working. It is possible that the solar panel is the issue, but this is unlikely.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?
Solar modules continue to absorb solar energy even in dim weather or through glass. So you can recharge your solar lights outside of direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the duration of the light will be shorter.
