Which solar lamp is right for your garden?

How do solar lamps work?

The latest generation of photovoltaic cells stores solar energy during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally for eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a winter region?

It’s not as easy, but you can have solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lamps with a separate solar module connected by a cable that can extend from one to eight meters, ideal for very dark outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work but they will be less powerful.

My solar lamp is not working anymore?

Often, the cause of a malfunction in your lights is the battery. Sometimes, the batteries do not charge or do not retain power. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working anymore. It is very rare for the solar panel to be the issue.

How to charge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar cells still absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a glass surface. So you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful and will not last as long.
