How do solar lights work?

The new generation of photovoltaic cells absorbs sunlight during the day to charge the rechargeable batteries, which then power the light at night. As solar lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives plenty of sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a rainy region?

It may not be as convenient, but you can still have solar-powered lights even in a completely shaded area. We offer solar lights with a separate solar module connected by a wire, ranging from one to ten meters, which is perfect for heavily shaded outdoor spaces. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they may be weaker.

My solar light is not working anymore?

Often, the reason for lights not working is a problem with the rechargeable battery. The batteries may not charge or hold power properly. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery to quickly determine if that is the issue. It is highly unlikely that the solar panel module is at fault.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even on cloudy days or through glass. Therefore, you can recharge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be lower, and the lights will not last as long.
