Which solar light to have for your garden?

How do solar lights work?

Organic photovoltaic cells accumulate sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulbs at night. Since the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives maximum sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a rainy area?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install solar lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can vary from two to eight meters, perfect for dark exteriors. If you live in a rainy or winter area, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

My solar light is not working?

Commonly, the reason for a malfunctioning light is the rechargeable battery. Sometimes the batteries don’t charge or hold the energy. Our best advice is to replace the rechargeable battery with a regular one, and you will immediately know why your solar light is not working anymore. It’s possible that the solar panel is the cause, but that is unlikely.

How to charge a solar light without sunlight?

Solar panels continue to absorb solar energy even in cloudy weather or through a window. Therefore, you can charge your solar lights without direct sunlight. However, the brightness will be less powerful and last for a shorter time.
