How does a solar lamp work?

The new generation of photovoltaic cells absorbs sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the bulb at night. As the lights are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in an area that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.

Do you live in a rainy region?

It’s not as convenient, but you can still install solar-powered lights even in a winter region. We have solar lights with a separate solar panel connected by a wire that can vary from one to seven meters, great for a heavily shaded outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter region, your solar lights will still work, but they will be less powerful.

My solar lamp isn’t working anymore?

Usually, the reason for a malfunction of your lights is the battery. Sometimes the batteries do not charge or do not hold power. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular one, and you will quickly find out why your solar lamp is not working. It is possible that the solar energy panel may be the cause, but this is very rare.

How to recharge a solar lamp without sunlight?

Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through a glass window. So you can charge your solar lights outside direct sunlight. But the light will be less bright and will last for a shorter time.
