Solar Garden Wall Lights: If you have dark areas around your house or in your garden, placing wall lights around your house will give you a sense of serenity and visibility. They are usually equipped with motion sensors for optimal autonomy. So don’t hesitate to buy our different versions of wall lights.
Solar Lamp Posts for Patio: Generally easy to hang, solar lamp posts with sensors are ideal for lighting up a recreational area in your small garden or on your patio. They come in all sizes, powerful, mini or large depending on your outdoor style.
Solar LED String Lights: While most households install outdoor garden lights during Christmas, you can also use them to create a personalized outdoor space and entertain your friends all year round. Solar LED Lanterns: LED lanterns are very effective in lighting up your patio with their soft glow and they are very useful as night lights. Choose from our wide range of lanterns for a garden overflowing with happiness.
How Do Solar Lights Work?
New generation solar cells collect sunlight during the day to charge the batteries, which then power the LED bulb at night. Since the lamps are powered by solar energy, they need to be placed in a location that receives full sunlight, ideally eight to ten hours or more per day.
Do You Live in a Winter Region?
It’s not as straightforward, but you can install solar-powered lights even in a rainy region. We have solar lights with a detached solar module connected by a wire that can range from one to six meters, perfect for a dark outdoor area. If you live in a rainy or winter zone, your solar lights will still work, but they will be weaker.
Why Isn’t My Solar Lamp Working?
Commonly, the cause of a malfunction in your lights is the rechargeable battery. Sometimes the batteries don’t charge or hold the charge. Our best advice is to replace the solar battery with a regular battery, and you will immediately know why your solar lamp isn’t working anymore. It is possible that the solar panel is the issue, but this is unlikely.
For more information, see our maintenance guide.
How to Recharge a Solar Lamp Without Sunlight?
Solar cells continue to absorb solar energy even in dark weather or through glass. So, you can charge your solar lamps outside direct sunlight. However, the light will be dimmer and won’t last as long.
